SIDACtor Protection Thyristors SLIC Protection RoHS Pb e3 Battrax Series Positive/Negative - Modified DO-214 Description The Battrax series offers programmable SIDACtor overvoltage protection devices for SLIC applications. This series is offered in a negative Battrax version and a positive Battrax version. The B1xx0C is for a -V supply REF and the B2050C is for a +V supply. Designed using REF an SCR and a gate diode, the B1xx0C Battrax begins to conduct at -V + -1.2 V while the B2050C Battrax REF begins to conduct at +V + 1.2 V .
