The Littelfuse V26MLA1206H is a 1206-sized, surface-mount, very low-capacitance, ESD protection diode array. It is designed to protect sensitive electronics from electrostatic discharge, and provides protection to data lines up to 2000 V in accordance with the IEC/EN 61000-4-2 standard. The device features a very low capacitance of 0.8 pF (maximum) across the diodes, which minimizes signal distortion and attenuation on high-speed data lines. The diode array is constructed using ultra-low leakage planar Zener diodes and has a wide operating temperature range of -55°C to +125°C. This part is ideal for applications such as consumer electronics, communication equipment, USB and HDMI ports, and portable embedded systems.
