Additional Infomation About Product

The KE7550-T is a three-terminal Low Dropout Regulator (LDO) designed and manufactured by LKW. It is designed to provide a fixed output voltage of 5.0V with a maximum dropout voltage of 0.10V at 350mA. The device comes in a SOT23-3 package and is lead- and RoHS-compliant. It has improved line and load regulation characteristics and a low quiescent current of 75uA. The maximum output current of 350mA ensures better performance of applications where power dissipation is the critical criteria and the low dropout voltage of 0.10V guarantees high power supply efficiency. The device has a fixed input voltage range, an input to output voltage differential of 0.3V, and fast transient response. It also includes an output current limiter, over temperature shutdown, and an output disable function. The KE7550-T is suitable for post regulator applications with 5V supplies.
