The LP103QB6F is a SOT-23-6 power management IC rohs manufactured by LowPower. It is designed for portable device battery management applications and features four 500µA N-/P-channel MOSFET switches with independent control and logic inputs, two low-dropout 2A linear regulators, one low-dropout 0.5A linear regulator, ultra-low quiescent current 3.3V LDO, MIC2026 charging LED controller, and a bypass comparator. It also includes seven high-accuracy current sense amplifiers with an adjustable sense resistor, which allow the user to measure up to four battery current feeds and three additional system currents.
