The LOWPOWER LP6303QVF with PMIC – Battery Management QFN-24(4x4) RoHS is a power management integrated circuit (PMIC) designed to optimize the power supply and charging of device batteries. It is suitable for battery powered applications such as mobile phones, wearables, and portable medical devices. This power management IC provides exceptionally low quiescent current and extremely high efficiency in both charge and discharge paths. It features an integrated battery charger with excellent charge current accuracy and a highly accurate voltage monitor. Using the Low-Dropout (LDO) voltage regulator, the LP6303QVF power management IC protects the battery against input over-voltage and allows for low power consumption even in deep sleep operation. The LP6303QVF with PMIC is packaged in a QFN-24(4x4) RoHS lead free package and is compliant with the EU RoHS Directive.
