This IC is packaged in a small DFN10-EP (3x3) package, making it ideal for space-sensitive applications. The DC input voltage rests between 2.5V to 20V, with an output voltage range of 0.8V to 5V. LP6312AQVF offers outstanding features such as guaranteed 2A peak output current, 600 kHz and 1.5 MHz programmable frequency capability, selectable external synchronization, programmable soft-start, current limit, and high efficiency. It also provides active/sleep mode control and internal asynchronous rectifier, as well as short-circuit protection and thermal shutdown. This part is compliant with the RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) finality.
