DThe LOWPOWERD LP6492FSOF with DC-DC Converters is a Surface-mount SOP8 package and RoHS compliant step-down DC-DC converter that offers an adjustable output voltage, up to 300mA (maximum) of continuous output current and a high efficiency, low noise operation. It offers a 3-PIN output voltage-setting pin, enabling the user to select voltages between 2.5V and 5.5V as needed. The LP6492FSOF also features an integrated soft-start and over-current protection that help guard against damage from short-circuits or excessive load currents. The converter allows for an adjustable operating frequency, and a wide input voltage range from 4.5V to 36V. This makes it suitable for a variety of applications, such as industrial devices, automotive electronics, and consumer electronics.
