The MX25R1035FZUIL0 is a 1035-Mbit Serial Flash Memory with a Quad-SPI Interface manufactured by Macronix. It features an LGA48 (6x6mm) package, a single VCC voltage supply from 2.7 to 3.6V, four input/output pins (SIO0–SIO3), a Write Protect pin, a Hold pin, and a device-status pin for monitoring device activity. This device contains 1035-Mbit of nonvolatile memory organized into 131,072 pages by 8K bytes. It supports a broad range of compatible command systems and fast clock speed modes, allowing high-speed read operation up to 70MB/s (90MHz). It is also JEDEC standard-compliant and is RoHS-compliant.
