Training
1422123-CU is a marathon training program developed for experienced runners. It is designed to help runners increase speed, improve form and become more competitive in marathon distance races. It consists of a series of four-week phases which consist of strength, speed, agility and endurance training. The program increases intensity as runners progress, allowing them to achieve more stamina, speed and form. Training drills, exercises, core stability and strength training are all part of the program, and runners are encouraged to log their progress and ensure they are on track to complete the program.
