C CLC1605, CLC2605, CLC3605 1.5GHz Amplifiers Rev 1E Data Sheet Clinearmo CLC1605, CLC2605, CLC3605 1.5GHz Amplifiers linearom FEATURES General Description n 0.1dB gain flatness to 120MHz The COMLINEAR CLC1605 (single), CLC2605 (dual), and CLC3605 (triple) n 0.01%/0.01 differential gain/phase are high-performance, current feedback amplifiers that provide 1.5GHz unity n 1.2GHz -3dB bandwidth at G = 2 gain bandwidth, 0.1dB gain flatness to 120MHz, and 2,500V/s slew rate. n 700MHz large signal bandwidth This high performance exceeds the requirements of high-definition television n 2,500V/s slew rate (HDTV) and other multimedia applications. These COMLINEAR high- n 3.7nV/Hz input voltage noise n performance amplifiers also provide ample output current to drive multiple 120mA output current n video loads. Triple offers disable n Fully specified at 5V and 5V supplies The COMLINEAR CLC1605, CLC2605, and CLC3605 are designed to operate n CLC1605: Pb-free SOT23-5 from 5V or +5V supplies.
