The n 1MHz gain bandwidth LMV321 consumes only 130A of supply current and is designed to operate n Input voltage range with 5V supply: from a supply range of 2.7V to 5.5V (1.35 to 2.75). The input voltage -0.2V to 4.2V n range extends 200mV below the negative rail and 800mV below the positive Output voltage range with 5V supply: 0.065V to 4.99V rail. n > 1V/s slew rate The LMV321 is fabricated on a CMOS process. It offers 1MHz gain bandwidth n No crossover distortion product and >1V/s slew rate. The combination of low power, low supply n Fully specified at 2.7V and 5V supplies voltage operation, and rail-to-rail performance make the LMV321 well suited n LMV321: Pb-free TSOT-5 for battery-powered systems. The LMV321 is packaged in the space saving APPLICATION S TSOT-5 package.
