SP213EH Data Sheet High Speed, High Performance +5V RS-232 Transceivers General Description Features The SP213EH device is a high speed enhanced multi- Single +5V supply operation channel RS-232 line transceivers with improved electrical 0.1F external charge pump capacitors performance and is a superior drop-in replacement to our 1Mbps data rate under load previous versions as well as popular industry standards.
