The transceiver supports data rates up to 120 kilobits per second at a supply voltage up to 5.5V and has a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. In addition, this transceiver features a low input current of 0.8mA, shut-down control, and a shift control logic. The SP3223EEY-L/TR is packaged in a 20-pin TSSOP package for easier handling and installation.
