Additional Infomation About Product

The SP3490EN-L/TR is a 10 Mbps 3.3 V Low Power Full Duplex RS-485 Transceiver, manufactured by MaxLinear. It is part of the SP3490 series which combines low-power operation with an advanced RS-485 transceiver. The unit features an extended common mode range of ±12 V, allowing for "rotor" applications. In addition, it features a data rate of up to 10 Mbps with low propagation delay and low electromagnetic interference (EMI). The unit also has thermal protection and failsafe circuitry to protect the IC from unexpected or abnormal electrical power conditions. The SP3490EN-L/TR transceiver is contained within an 8-pin NSOIC-w package.
