It accepts an input voltage Portable Equipment between of 3.2V and 6.5V allowing for operations from industry standard 3.3V and 5V power rails. FEATURES The XRP2523 is provided with an enable pin 1.5A Single Channel Current Switch with integrated soft start while an error flag is 1.5A continuous load current available to indicate any fault conditions. With 1.6A Over-current Limit a low quiescent current as well as a small package, the XRP2523 is ideal for battery 3.2V to 6.5V Input Voltage Range powered applications. The power-switch rise USB 2.0 and USB 3.0 Compliant and fall times are controlled to minimize current surges during turn on/off. Active High Enable Built-in over current, under voltage lockout Soft Start (UVLO), reverse current and over temperature Channel Fault Flag Indicator protections insure safe operations under 9ms Blanking Time abnormal operating conditions. UVLO, Reverse Current, Short circuit XRP2523 is offered in a RoHS compliant and Thermal Shutdown Protection green/halogen free 5-pin SOT-23 package.
