XRP6274 2A Ultra Low Dropout Voltage Regulator January 2014 Rev. 1.0.1 GENERAL DESCRIPTION FEATURES The XRP6274 is an ultra low dropout voltage 2A Output Current regulator capable of delivering 2A output 1.045V to 2.625V Single Input Voltage currents. It is unique in the industry in being Adjustable Output Voltage 0.6V able to operate from a single supply rail of 1.045V to 2.625V without the need for a noise 0.5% Output Voltage Accuracy generating charge pump. Ultra Low Dropout Voltage With its ultra low dropout voltage of 140mV at 140mV Max over temp 2A full load guaranteed over temperature, the Power Good Flag XRP6274 achieves conversions previously unavailable. Enable & Soft Start The output voltage can be set as low as 0.6V Current Limit and Thermal Protection with 0.5% accuracy making the XRP6274 Reverse Bias Protection perfectly suited for powering low voltage devices such as FPGAs, DSPs, ASICs, and RoHS compliant Green/Halogen Free other SOCs. 10-pin 3mm x 3mm DFN Built-in current limit, reverse bias and thermal protection ensures safe operation under APPLICATIONS abnormal operating conditions. An enable function, soft start and Power Good flag Point of Load Conversion complete the feature set.
