A wide 4.5V to 29V input voltage Video Projectors range allows for single supply operations from industry standard 5V, 12V or 24V power rails. FEATURES A 1.2MHz constant operating frequency allows for small external components selection while 0.5A Continuous Output Current an internal type II control loop compensation 4.5V to 29V Single Rail Input Voltage reduces the overall component count and solution footprint. A low 200mV feedback 1.2MHz Constant Switching Frequency reference voltage minimizes power dissipation Internal Control Loop Compensation in the system while efficiency is maximized via a 100% duty cycle capability. Dimming and 0.2V Feedback Reference Voltage shutdown mode is provided via an enable 2.5% Output Voltage Accuracy function when required. An adjustable over current and under voltage lock out protection Built-in Soft Start insures safe operations under abnormal PWM & Analog Dimming Capability operating conditions. Adjustable Over-Current Protection The XRP7603 is pin-to-pin compatible with Exars XRP7604 and SP7600, non synchronous Pin-to-Pin Compatible with buck high power led drivers respectively rated 1A - XRP7604 and 2A - SP7600 at 1A and 2A. RoHS Compliant Green/Halogen Free The XRP7603 is offered in a compact thermally 8-pin SO Package enhanced RoHS compliant green/halogen free 8-pin SO package.
