The device provides a complete power Processors & DSPs Based Equipments management solution in one IC and is fully 2 programmable via an IC serial interface. FEATURES Independent Digital Pulse Width Modulator (DPWM) channels regulate output voltages 4 Channel Step Down Controller and provide all required protection functions Programmable Output Voltage 0.9V-5.1V such as current limiting and over-voltage Programmable 1.5MHz DPWM Frequency protection. Integrated FET Drivers Each output voltage can be programmed from 4.75V to 5.5V and 5.5V to 25V Input 0.9V to 5.1V without the need of an external Voltage Range voltage divider. The wide range of the Up to 6 Reconfigurable GPIO Pins programmable DPWM switching frequency 2 (from 300 KHz to 1.5 MHz) enables the user to Fully Programmable via I C Interface optimize between efficiency and component Independent Digital Pulse Width size. Input voltage range is from 4.75V to Modulator (DPWM) channels 2 25V.
