MBS (Modular Building System) is a type of construction system that permits efficient, coordinated, integrated and flexible construction of complex structures. This system is composed of self-contained and self-supporting structural elements, or modules, that can be combined in different shapes and sizes to create a structure that meets any specific requirements. Each individual MBS part is designed to be integrated with one another, allowing for a wide variety of designs and applications. Generally, MBS parts can be identified by their dimensions, lengths, shapes, style features, colors, textures, and finishes. Common MBS parts include studs, joists, columns, beams, trusses, supports, walls, headers, and footing.
