MBS 9067 is a small volume and low-power, 16-bit microcontroller designed and built by Mitsubishi Electric. It features an extensive set of general and peripheral features, including a high-speed arithmetic logic unit, five timers, multiple counter and capture/compare functions, three high precision A/D and two high-speed 4-channel D/A converters, on-chip ROM and RAM, and powerful current and voltage sequencing capability. It also supports peripherals including two UARTs, one SPI, two I2C, one CAN, one CAN FD, and three multi-function I/O ports, making it suitable for a wide variety of applications. Its operating voltage range of 2.7V to 5.5V and low power design makes it ideal for low power and embedded applications, such as medical and automation systems.
