Additional Infomation About Product

The MHS153PTBT with 1206 Phototransistors ROHS is a miniaturized optically isolated IC manufactured by MEIHUA. It is a single channel very high speed optocoupler with an SJTO-2 package that is designed for use in personal computers, modems, communications equipment, and other optical isolation applications. The device consists of a GaA2As LED and a silicon NPN phototransistor. The LED emits an optical signal when current passes through it which is received by the phototransistor on the other side, thus achieving optical isolation between the power and signal circuits on either side. Its high-speed performance ensures fast and precise signal transmission. It has a low transfer voltage of 0.5V typical at 25°C and a low temperature coefficient of 8.0mA/°C typical. It is RoHS compliant and UL certified.
