The TH72011KDC-TU is an integrated Hall-effect current sensor IC from Melexis. It is a high-temperature, low-cost, low-power device designed for fast current sensing with a wide dynamic range. The low-power CMOS process used for the integrated circuit provides excellent stability, accuracy and a high immunity from ESD. This current sensor is optimized for most switching regulators and other current sensing applications, making it an ideal first choice for DC-DC converters and motor controls. Its low drift rate (<0.3%/K) and good accuracy (<0.9%FSR) guarantee operation over a wide temperature range. It features a band gap reference for highest accuracy in a wide temperature range, built-in self-trimming, high dynamic range with 40/80/200mV output signal range, low-power CMOS process, integrated Hall element sensing system, and an adjustable switching current.
