Excalibur
The Mentor Excalibur RTZ.2081R is a high-performance FPGA board equipped with an Xilinx Virtex-2081R FPGA. It is designed to provide optimal performance in embedded applications that require high levels of throughput, such as image and signal processing, video processing, and communications. The RTZ.2081R features eight 16-bit DMA channels, eight serial transceiver channels, USB 2.0 host and device ports, and a Gigabit Ethernet port. It also offers 4 GB DDR2 DRAM, 3.2 TB of NAND flash memory, and 64 MB of flash memory on-board for configuration storage. Additionally, the RTZ.2081R is equipped with PCIe, CAN bus, and I2C/SPI interfaces, and it supports Linux, Windows, and various RTOS.
