The 24AA02H-I/MS is an 8-pin, 2Kbit EEPROM (Electrically Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory) manufactured by Microchip. It features an I²C interface, an operating voltage range of 1.8V to 5.5V, and a write protect pin for additional security. The device supports 2-Wire and 4-Wire serial communications, and is rated for up to 1 million erase/write cycles and a data retention of up to 100yrs. It is packaged in an SOIC surface-mount package and is lead-free.
