The Microchip Technology Inc. 24AA01H/24LC01BH Number Range Frequency Ranges (24XX01H*) is a 1 Kbit Electrically Erasable PROM. (1) The device is organized as one block of 128 x 8-bit 24AA01H 1.7-5.5 400 kHz I memory with a 2-wire serial interface. Low-voltage 24LC01BH 2.5-5.5 400 kHz I, E design permits operation down to 1.7V with standby Note 1: 100 kHz for VCC <2.5V and active currents of only 1 A and 1 mA, respec- tively. The 24XX01H also has a page write capability for up to 8 bytes of data.
