Additional Infomation About Product

The 25AA256-I/ST is an electrically-erasable non-volatile memory device manufactured by Microchip. It is a 32K x 8-bit memory device and is organized as 4K words of 8-bit each. It operates on a single 1.8V to 5.5V power supply, with a maximum access time of 10MHz, and is packaged in a TSSOP-8 (Thin Small Outline Package with 8 pins). The device supports the Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI) protocol for efficient serial data transfers. It has a unique 64-bit identifier that allows the host controller to uniquely recognize the device and it also features a software data protection mechanism. The device is also write protected so that code cannot be inadvertently modified.
