Technology, Inc. is a mid-range Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA). It is a four-input Look-Up-Table (LUT)-based architecture FPGA, and features enhanced non-volatile configuration memory and configuration memory access management. The FPGA has a wide variety of programmable logic, memory and routing resources required for the development of complex digital designs. It features up to 5,600 programmable interconnects, register-based and counter-based fabric resources that can provide up to 128 K Bits of RAM, and 104 I/Os with programmable input/output selection. The device also provides distributed routing and enhanced I/O registers to support I/O configuration, I/O operating conditions management and user-defined I/O interface control. It is well suited for applications like communication systems, digital systems, analog systems, and power control systems.
