APT14F100B is a 14-pin flash microcontroller manufactured by Microchip. It has an 8-bit CPU, 16k bytes of flash memory, 256 bytes of RAM, one 16-bit timer, one 16-bit counter, one 8-bit pulse width modulator, two universal asynchronous receiver/transmitters (UARTs), one I2C bus controller, one 9-channel analog-to-digital converter and four channels of 10-bit pulse width modulators. It is used in applications such as embedded applications and motor control. It is operated at a voltage range of 2.0V to 5.5V and frequency of 4.5MHz to 20MHz. It has low power consumption and can be used in battery-powered applications.
