The AT25160B-MAHL-T is a 16K (2K x 8) SPI Serial EEPROM chip manufactured by Microchip, and has an operating voltage range from 1.8V. It has a 8K-byte memory capacity and features low power CMOS technology for improved power consumption and long product life. The device can be accessed over the SPI bus and is suitable for a variety of applications such as automotive, industrial, medical, consumer and networking.
