The AT91SAM9X25-CU is an integrated chip developed by Microchip Technology. It is based on the ARM926EJ-S RISC architecture and sports a 32-Bit Arm Core with up to 64KB ROM. The chip features a 217-Pin LFBGA format and comes in a Tray package with 1V voltage range. It is suitable for data intensive embedded applications, such as medical, vision, audio, gaming, networking and communications.
