The ATSAM4C8CB-AU is an ARM Cortex-M4 microcontroller from Microchip Technology. It features the SAM4C8C processor core, which is a low-power, high-performance 32-bit ARM Cortex-M4 processor core. This part is ideal for embedded applications and includes a wide range of peripherals such as dual 16-bit Timer/Counters (TC); up to three SPI Master/Slave ports; an enhanced USART; an SSC, two 12-bit DACs plus ADC; a 32-bit RTC; and up to four 32-bit on-chip I/O ports. The device also includes a high-speed clock generator offering frequency accuracy, programmable clock dividers, and enable/disable functions. The device offers up to 64 kB of embedded Flash memory for code storage and up to 32 kB of SRAM for data storage. It is available in 48-pin LQFP and WLCSP packages.
