The ATSAM4CMS16CA-AU is a Flash-based, low-power Cortex-M4 microcontroller from Microchip. It features an ARM Cortex-M4 core running at up to 96 MHz and an embedded Flash memory of 128kB with cache. The device supports both 8 and 16 bit peripheral sets, providing a range of configurability and system performance options. The package type is a LQFP-100 (100 lead plastic quad flatpack) and the operating temperature range is -40°C to 85°C.
