The ATTINY84V-10MU SL653 is a low power, high reliability 8-bit AVR microcontroller from Microchip. It is available in a lead free 8-pin SOIC package, and features up to 8 KBytes of c lassic and ISP Flash memory, up to 512 Bytes of EEPROM, up to 512 bytes of SRAM, an Active Low Power Sleep mode, and low power/high speed AVR 1-Wire, I2C and USART communication interfaces. It offers 8-bit instruction and 32-bit calculation capability and up to four outputs with a 10-bit PWM resolution and up to six programmable I/O pins. The ATTINY84V-10MU SL653 also includes a low power watchdog timer, an on-chip analog comparator, and an on-chip voltage reference. It is ideal for applications such as remote controls, small appliances, and automotive applications.
