CW01DB1 Supertex inc. 4-Channel, Low Phase Noise, Low Power, Continuous Wave Transmitter Specifications General Description The CW01 has 6 logic inputs OE, CLK, D 1, D 2, D 3, IN IN IN Parameter Value and D 4. Every logic input has a 10k pull down resistor. IN V 0V to +5.5V LL There are 3 power input voltages: V , V and V . V is the V 0V to +5.5V LL DD DX LL DD input logic level, typically 2.5V. V is the level translator, DD V 0V to +5.5V DX typically 5.0V. V is the gate drive voltage, and is at the DX same voltage level as V . High peak currents will be DD drawn from V during switching. Each supply has a series DX ferrite bead and a 0.1F ceramic chip capacitor to keep the supply clean from high frequency noise. There are 4 outputs: HV1, HV2, HV3 and HV4.
