By eliminating the need for Wide Temperature Range: quartz or SAW technology, MEMS oscillators - Automotive: 40C to +125C significantly enhance reliability and accelerate product - Extended Industrial: 40C to +105C development, while meeting stringent clock performance criteria for a variety of communications, - Industrial: 40C to +85C storage, and networking applications. - Commercial: 20C to +70C Small Industry-Standard Footprints The DSC12x1 family features a control function on pin 1 or pin 2 that permits either a standby feature - 2.5 mm x 2.0 mm (complete power down when STDBY is low), output - 3.2 mm x 2.5 mm enable (output is tri-stated with OE low), or a frequency - 5.0 mm x 3.2 mm select (choice of two frequencies selected by FS - 7.0 mm x 5.0 mm high/low).
