HV825 High-Voltage EL Lamp Driver IC Features General Description Processed with HVCMOS Technology The HV825 is a high-voltage driver designed for driv- 1.0 to 1.6V Operating Supply Voltage ing EL lamps typically up to 6.0 nF.
