LX7180A 4A Step-Down Regulator Production Datasheet Description Features The LX7180A is a 4A step-down regulator with 0-4A Step-down Regulator integrated MOSFETs packaged in a space saving QFN12 Operational Input Supply Voltage Range: 2mm x 2mm for todays mobile devices. It uses an ultra 3.0V-5.5V (short durations to 6.5V) fast, constant frequency hysteretic control method to Hysteretic Control Offers Best Transient minimize external filter components while maintaining Response excellent regulation. The LX7180A reference voltage is programmable from 0.6V to 1.195V through a high PWM Switching at a Constant 1.65MHz 2 speed (up to 3.4MHz), bi-directional I C bus.
