MCP1525/41 devices are 2.5V and 4.096V precision voltage references that Output Voltages: 2.5V and 4.096V use a combination of an advanced CMOS circuit Initial Accuracy: 1% (max.) design and EPROM trimming to provide an initial Temperature Drift: 50 ppm/C (max.) tolerance of 1% (max.) and temperature stability of Output Current Drive: 2 mA 50ppm/C (max.).
