The MCP47FEB14-20E/ST is a Digital to Analog Converter (DAC) manufactured by Microchip. It is a low power, single-channel, 10-bit DAC with a precision, internal voltage reference. It has a 4 ns settling time and features two 10-bit buffered inputs. Its on-chip protection circuitry includes brown-out protection to protect against over-voltage and over-current conditions. It provides an active voltage reference output and is capable of transforming digital words into a differential output voltage proportional to the 256 discrete values from 0 to 1023. It features a serial peripheral interface (SPI) and I2C compatible port interface. It can be used for a variety of applications such as motor control, instrumentation, incubators, medical equipment, or any application requiring accurate DAC conversion. It is extremely low noise, low drift, and low power. It is also pin-compatible with the MCP47FEB12/20D/50D components.
