The MCP660-E/ML is a DIAC power switching device from Microchip. It is a common anode AC switch with a pair of resistive pins connected to a double anode. The MCP660-E/ML is designed for use with microcontrollers and other logic units. It is a high-performance and cost-effective device, offering a wide-range of operating and control features. The MCP660-E/ML can be used as a single phase AC OR a DC switching device and supports high frequency operation up to 9kHz.
