MCP9501/2/3/4 Temperature Switch with Selectable Hysteresis Features Description Factory Set Temperature Switch Microchip Technologys MCP9501/2/3/4 family of devices are temperature switches with 1C (typical) Available Temperature Switch Thresholds: accurate factory set output thresholds. These devices -T = -35C,-25C, -15C, -5C, 5C, 15C, SET are ideal for high power supply systems where an 25C, 35C, 45C, 55C, 65C, 75C, 85C, overtemperature protection circuit is needed. These 95C, 105C, 115C, 125C devices do not require external components, consume Wide Operating Voltage Range: 2.7V to 5.5V 25 A (typical), and the factory set thresholds provide Low Supply Current: 25 A (typical) simplicity.
