MIC37150/51/52/53 1.5A, Low Voltage Cap LDO Regulator General Description Features The Micrel MIC37150/51/52/53 is a 1.5A low-dropout 1.5A minimum guaranteed output current linear voltage regulator that provides a low voltage, high 500mV maximum dropout voltage over temperature current output with a minimum of external components.
