MIC4416/7 IttyBitty Low-Side MOSFET Driver Features General Description +4.5V to +18V Operation The MIC4416 and MIC4417 IttyBitty low-side MOSFET drivers are designed to switch an N-channel Low Steady-State Supply Current enhancement-type MOSFET from a TTL-compatible -50 A Typical, Control Input Low control signal in low-side switch applications.
