MIC4451/4452 12A-Peak Low-Side MOSFET Driver Bipolar/CMOS/DMOS Process General Description Features MIC4451 and MIC4452 CMOS MOSFET drivers are BiCMOS/DMOS construction robust, efficient, and easy to use.
