MIC5200 100 mA Low-Dropout Regulator Features General Description High Output Voltage Accuracy The MIC5200 is an efficient linear voltage regulator with very low dropout voltage (typically 17 mV at light Variety of Output Voltages loads and 200 mV at 100 mA), and very low ground Guaranteed 100 mA Output current (1 mA at 100 mA output), offering better than Low Quiescent Current 1% initial accuracy with a logic-compatible ON/OFF Low Dropout Voltage switching input.
