MIC5256 150mA Cap LDO with Error Flag General Description Features The MIC5256 is an efficient, precise CMOS voltage Input voltage range: 2.7V to 6.0V regulator. It offers better than 1% initial accuracy, Thin SOT package: 1mm height extremely low-dropout voltage (typically 135mV at 150mA) Error flag indicates fault condition and low ground current (typically 90A) over load. The Stable with ceramic output capacitor MIC5256 features an error flag that indicates an output fault condition such as overcurrent, thermal shutdown and Ultralow dropout: 135mV 150mA dropout. High output accuracy: Designed specifically for handheld and battery-powered 1.0% initial accuracy devices, the MIC5256 provides a TTL-logic-compatible 2.0% over temperature enable pin. When disabled, power consumption drops Low quiescent current:90A nearly to zero. Tight load and line regulation The MIC5256 also works with low-ESR ceramic Thermal-shutdown and current-limit protection capacitors, reducing the amount of board space necessary for power applications, critical in hand-held wireless Zero off-mode current devices.
