MIC5280 25mA, 120V, Low I , High PSRR LDO Q General Description Features The MIC5280 is a high performance low dropout regulator, Wide input voltage range: 4.5V to 120V DC offering a very low noise output with a very wide input Very low quiescent current: 31A typical voltage operating range, up to 120V DC input voltage. 25mA guaranteed output current Ideal for high input voltage applications such as industrial Adjustable output from 1.215V to 5V and telecom, the MIC5280 offers 2% initial accuracy, DC voltage protection down to -24V extremely high power supply rejection ratio (PSRR > Ability to withstand up to +120V DC at the input 80dB) and low ground current (typically 31A). The MIC5280 can also be put into a zero-off-mode current Stable with ceramic output capacitors state, drawing a minuscule amount of current when Ultra High PSRR > 80dB for RF applications disabled. High output accuracy The MIC5280 has a very wide input voltage range, with a 2% initial accuracy DC rating from 24V to 120V. The MIC5280 is optimized 3% over temperature (40C to +125C) for line transient response, making it ideal for harsh environment applications.
