MIC5380/1 High Performance Dual 150 mA LDOs Features General Description 6-Lead 1 mm x 1 mm FTQFN Package The MIC5380 and MIC5381 are advanced dual LDOs that are ideal for powering space-constrained portable 2.5V to 5.5V Input Voltage Range devices. The MIC5380/1 provide two independently 150 mA Output Current per LDO controlled, high performance 150mA LDOs in an High Output Accuracy 1% Typical ultra-small 1 mm x 1 mm FTQFN package. Low Quiescent Current of 32 A per LDO Ideal for battery powered applications, the MIC5380/1 Stable with 0402 1 F Ceramic Output Capacitors offer 1% typical accuracy, low dropout voltage Low Dropout Voltage 155 mV at 150 mA (155mV at 150mA), and low ground current. The Output Discharge Circuit on MIC5381 MIC5380/1 can also be put into a zero-off-mode current state, drawing virtually no current when disabled.
