The PIC24FJ128GL306-I/MR is a 16-bit microcontroller with 16 MIPS, 128KB ECC Flash, 8KB RAM, LCD, XLP, and 64-pin package from Microchip. It has advanced features such as fast execution, direct memory access, high-speed oscillators, analog peripherals, and a streamlined GUI. It is ideal for motor control inductive loads and captive-user-interface applications. It contains a wide range of integrated and programmable peripherals which include two up to 8-bit analog-to-digital converters, up to five 16-bit timers, serial communications interfaces including USART, I2C, and SPI, five advanced capture/compare PWMs, 2-SPI/I2C hardware modules and over 70 digitally programmable peripherals. It also contains ECC Flash memory for enhanced reliability and system security. It is low power, with the ability to switch between 2-32V DC and 128KB of RAM along with a 1.8V Power-On Reset.
