Capable of running from a 3.3V or 5V 300 ps Typical Propagation Delay supply, the part can be used in either Differential LVPECL Output LVTTL/LVCMOS/LVPECL or TTL/CMOS/PECL 2 0 mA Maximum Supply Current systems. PNP LVTTL Input for Minimal Loading The device only requires a single positive supply of Q Output will Default High with Inputs Open 3.3V or 5V. No negative supply is required.
